TODAY IN MUSIC: On May 29, 1976, “Love Hangover” by Diana Ross reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, becoming her 4th #1 as a solo artist. From the 1976 album, Diana Ross, the song was written by Pamela Sawyer and Marilyn McLeod and produced by Hal Davis. “Love Hangover” also achieved number one status on both the Hot Soul Singles and Hot Dance Club Play charts.
